High-temperature resistant, no residue or bubbling after cold and hot tearing at 280°C for 1 hour, low peel force climb, no silicon contamination & no silicon residue, peel force adjustable from 3g to 1000g.

FPC carrier film is a functional film used when the FPC substrate thickness is thin, available in various options such as standard carrier film and high-temperature resistant carrier film, suitable for various FPC substrates. Used for etching protection of FPC reinforcement steel sheets and as protective film for steel sheet transfer.

This acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive offers excellent high-temperature resistance and pressure transfer resistance, with no adhesive residue from the carrier film.

Resistant to acids and alkalis, passing through acid-alkaline chemical baths in horizontal lines without separation, bubbling, or adhesive residue from the carrier film.

Resistant to plasma, passing plasma treatment without separation, bubbling, or adhesive residue from the carrier film.

Minimal adhesive climb after high temperature and high pressure, easy film removal, no residue on the adhered surface, minimal change in dyne value or water contact angle, with little impact on subsequent processes. Suitable for PCB/FPC carrier, lamination, etching, and other processes.
